The City of Novato has recently instituted a residential green building ordinance for all new single-family homes and major remodels. Points are awarded in the categories of resources, energy and indoor air quality/health. Olive Ridge meets the requirements of the City of Novato's Green Building Ordinance (No. 1503), which means there are major efforts in the area’s of recycling, protecting the environment during construction, and use of energy-efficient materials and techniques,including photovoltaic solar panels. It's part of Christopherson Homes' ongoing commitment to thinking green, building green and living green.

Christopherson Homes presents a new collection of luxurious single-family residences, on large lots, surrounded by 20 acres of open space in eastern Novato.
