Olive Ridge welcomes Real Estate Brokers and their salespersons who show and sell our new homes. A 3.0% referral based upon the initial ratified contract sales price of the home will be paid to the Selling Broker as per the following guidelines:

1. Selling Broker must accompany and register their Client/Buyer on the Buyer's first visit to the community sales center.

2. The registration is valid for 90 days for all North Bay communities.

3. The registration form must also be signed by Buyer to be valid.

4. No referral of any type shall be paid to Selling Broker should the sale fail for any reason.

5. In the event Selling Agent/Broker's Associate terminates his/her relationship with Selling Broker the Selling Associate will look solely to Selling Broker for payment rather than CHI, CHR, or the Seller.

6. Selling Broker and Buyer acknowledges and consents to CHI employees and CHR real estate licensees contacting Buyer directly to conduct normal new home business activity as needed with Selling Broker's client.

7. A W-9 with the Selling Broker's tax I. D. # or Social Security # must be provided to Seller either directly or through escrow before the referral fee will be released to Selling Broker

8. Selling Broker referral registrations begin at "public opening" of the model homes or sales information center.
